【概述】

冷熱沖擊試驗(yàn)是用于考核產(chǎn)品對(duì)周圍環(huán)境溫度急劇變化的適應(yīng)性，是裝備設(shè)計(jì)定型的鑒定試驗(yàn)和批量生產(chǎn)階段的例行試驗(yàn)中不可缺少的試驗(yàn)，在有些情況下也可以用于環(huán)境應(yīng)力篩選試驗(yàn)。

【實(shí)驗(yàn)/設(shè)備條件】

燈具行業(yè)做冷熱沖擊試驗(yàn)的原因有：

1）、燈具的塑膠外殼無法承受環(huán)境能力，在高低溫沖擊時(shí)，LED塑膠外殼容易催化破壞。

2）、燈管在溫度急劇變化環(huán)境下會(huì)出現(xiàn)燒壞的情況。

3）、照明燈的電路板芯在冷熱沖擊環(huán)境下容易短路。

【樣品提取】

若燈具體積大，可抽取1-2臺(tái)燈具做試驗(yàn)，若燈具體積很小，可抽取100-200支做測(cè)試。根據(jù)貴司的的測(cè)試條件，若沖擊試驗(yàn)有緩沖的測(cè)試要求的，則選擇三箱冷熱沖擊試驗(yàn)箱。若試驗(yàn)要求迅速5s以內(nèi)，沒有緩沖要求，則選擇兩箱冷熱沖擊試驗(yàn)箱。

【實(shí)驗(yàn)/操作方法】

打開皓天冷熱沖擊試驗(yàn)箱，設(shè)置您所需的測(cè)試參數(shù)，舉例：沖擊溫度設(shè)定在-40℃至150℃，做5個(gè)循環(huán)，每個(gè)循環(huán)有99組，燈具通電測(cè)試，點(diǎn)亮直至試驗(yàn)結(jié)束，燈具自動(dòng)熄滅。
