1.暫不裝裱的書(shū)畫(huà)片不可隨便折疊摞起，否則存放時(shí)間一久就會(huì)從折疊處折斷，或在折處留下黑色折痕，以裝裱后影響美觀。如果要臨時(shí)欣賞，切不可用圖釘釘于墻上或用漿糊粘于墻上，否則會(huì)直接損壞書(shū)畫(huà)片。正確保存書(shū)畫(huà)片的方法是：可將書(shū)畫(huà)片下面襯一層幅面相當(dāng)薄的宣紙或皮紙，以紙卷為軸將書(shū)畫(huà)片卷起，并用白紙或塑料膜包裝，放在畫(huà)盒內(nèi)或書(shū)櫥內(nèi)。

1. Books and paintings not to be mounted temporarily should not be folded and stacked at random, otherwise they will be broken from the fold after a long time of storage, or black creases will be left at the fold, which will affect the beauty after mounting. If you want to enjoy it temporarily, you can't nail it on the wall or paste it on the wall, otherwise it will damage the painting and calligraphy directly. The correct way to preserve the pictures and books is as follows: you can put a layer of rice paper or leather paper under the pictures, roll them up on the paper roll, pack them with white paper or plastic film, and put them in the painting box or bookcase.

2.書(shū)畫(huà)裝裱后更應(yīng)妥善保存，存放的地方要考慮防潮、防蛀、防鼠、防霉?fàn)€、防玷污等?？蓪⒚考?shū)畫(huà)裝入一個(gè)塑料袋或布袋，也可用白紙包好，存放時(shí)要平放，切勿豎置，更不要在書(shū)畫(huà)上面放置重物使書(shū)畫(huà)受壓。如果有條件，可根據(jù)書(shū)畫(huà)規(guī)格配制畫(huà)盒，并在盒內(nèi)放些樟腦和吸潮劑。

2. Calligraphy and painting should be properly preserved after mounting. The storage place should first consider moisture-proof, moth proof, rat proof, mildew proof, stain proof, etc. Each painting and calligraphy can be put into a plastic bag or cloth bag, or wrapped in white paper. When storing, it should be placed horizontally instead of vertically, and no heavy object should be placed on the top of the painting to make the painting and calligraphy pressed. If possible, the painting box can be prepared according to the specifications of calligraphy and painting, and some camphor and moisture absorption agent can be put in the box.

3.書(shū)畫(huà)裱件存放時(shí)不宜卷得過(guò)緊或過(guò)松，更不可反卷。如果卷得過(guò)緊，天地頭兩側(cè)就會(huì)留下畫(huà)心與邊料接縫的壓痕，影響書(shū)畫(huà)的美觀，還可能導(dǎo)致裱件的變形或出現(xiàn)脫落;如果卷得過(guò)松，容易折毀書(shū)畫(huà);如果反卷，會(huì)使書(shū)畫(huà)出現(xiàn)一道道折痕，特別是古舊書(shū)畫(huà)損害更大。

3. The mounting of calligraphy and painting should not be rolled too tightly or too loose, and should not be rolled backwards. If it is rolled too tightly, there will be an indentation between the center of the painting and the edge material on both sides of the sky and the sky, which will affect the beauty of the painting and calligraphy, and may cause the deformation or falling off of the mounting parts. If it is rolled too loose, it is easy to damage the calligraphy and painting. If it is rolled backwards, the calligraphy and painting will have many creases, especially the ancient paintings and calligraphy.
                          

4.懸掛和展示書(shū)畫(huà)時(shí)要謹(jǐn)慎從事。懸掛書(shū)畫(huà)時(shí)要一手持畫(huà)釵挑住畫(huà)繩，一手托住書(shū)畫(huà)未展開(kāi)的部分，然后慢慢放開(kāi)來(lái)將書(shū)畫(huà)掛起，取下畫(huà)釵。

4. Be careful when hanging and displaying calligraphy and painting. When hanging calligraphy and painting, one should hold the painting rope with one hand and hold the unfolded part of the painting with the other hand, and then slowly release it to hang the painting and calligraphy and take down the hairpin.

展示書(shū)畫(huà)時(shí)要一人牽引畫(huà)繩，另一人兩手持軸頭將書(shū)畫(huà)展開(kāi)，切忌兩手向上持書(shū)畫(huà)中間部分，否則5指會(huì)將書(shū)畫(huà)劃出折痕。對(duì)于無(wú)軸頭的書(shū)畫(huà)作品，展示時(shí)要用兩指夾住，使畫(huà)件從指縫中通過(guò)。此外，還應(yīng)注意書(shū)畫(huà)不宜長(zhǎng)期懸掛，掛一段時(shí)期后要卷起收藏一段時(shí)間;對(duì)久存的書(shū)畫(huà)要定期掛出來(lái)通風(fēng)。

5.展示手卷、冊(cè)頁(yè)更要加倍注意，因手卷、冊(cè)頁(yè)的裝裱較其他書(shū)畫(huà)的裝裱復(fù)雜。手卷在展示時(shí)要放置平整的案頭或桌子上，注意案面或桌面不應(yīng)有水點(diǎn)或臟物。手卷展開(kāi)時(shí)不宜展得過(guò)長(zhǎng)，要邊展邊卷。冊(cè)頁(yè)展開(kāi)時(shí)不用手指翻，可用一個(gè)光滑而無(wú)毛刺的竹條插進(jìn)冊(cè)頁(yè)夾頁(yè)之間翻頁(yè)。冊(cè)頁(yè)一般較厚，開(kāi)始翻頁(yè)或翻到后幾頁(yè)會(huì)出現(xiàn)兩面薄厚不均，兩頁(yè)之間懸空，此時(shí)如果不注意壓住幅面中間的懸空處，則易造成折斷現(xiàn)象。

At this time, if you do not pay attention to the hanging position in the middle of the format, it is easy to cause fracture.

6.保管已經(jīng)破損的古舊書(shū)畫(huà)更要謹(jǐn)慎，一時(shí)不能修復(fù)的不要隨意展示，以避免書(shū)畫(huà)再度破損。如果是已破碎的書(shū)畫(huà)則更要防止散片丟失，以免給將來(lái)修復(fù)帶來(lái)困難。無(wú)論是新舊書(shū)畫(huà)，只要原裱尚能懸掛，畫(huà)心尚無(wú)破損，一般不要急于揭裱修復(fù)，因揭裱一次就會(huì)對(duì)書(shū)畫(huà)的紙素?fù)p傷一次。如果原裱書(shū)畫(huà)脫落或畫(huà)心破損嚴(yán)重，則應(yīng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行揭裱修復(fù)。

6. Be more careful to keep the damaged ancient paintings and calligraphy, and do not display them at will if they can't be repaired for a while, so as to prevent them from being damaged again. If it is a broken painting and calligraphy, it is necessary to prevent the loss of scattered pieces, so as not to bring difficulties to the future repair. No matter old or new, as long as the original mounting can still be hung and the painting center has not been damaged, it is generally not urgent to remove the mounting for repair, because once removing the mounting will damage the paper element of the painting and calligraphy once. If the original mounting calligraphy and painting fall off or the painting center is seriously damaged, the mounting should be removed and repaired in time.
